Should I only use the creams on the specific area specified on each product?
Lexi Skin products have been specially formulated to penetrate the unique thickness of each specific area. It is labeled on each product under how-to-use which specific area the creams should be applied (e.g., Lexi Eye Cream is for under the eyes).
Do I need all 7 products?
For maximum efficacy all 7 products should be used, leaving you with healthy, radiant skin. The cleanser specifically primes the face, making the eye, face and neck cream more effective.

How do you recycle Lexi Skin bottles & packaging?
We encourage the reuse and recycling of our containers and packaging materials whenever possible. When you are finished with your product, upcycle the container and use it on your vanity, in your garden or around your home. Otherwise, please check your local guidelines to recycle all plastic containers. All of our paper packaging and shipping boxes are recyclable!

What is the return policy?

Simply return the product(s), even if empty within 60 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (minus shipping and handling). My order is wrong or damaged, what do I do?
We’re really sorry to hear that, sometimes things can go wrong but don’t worry as we can help. Please send us a message at info@lexiskinusa.com. We’ll need to know the following information so that we can fix this for you:

- Incorrect item received
- The correct item ordered
As soon as we’ve looked into what went wrong, we’ll let you know what we plan to do next by sending you an email.
If the order is damaged please don’t throw the item away, as we may ask for pictures of the damage to ensure we take measures to prevent it happening again.
